These terms apply to the Waazn Android app, Waazn on the web (waazn.com/me), Waazn Business (the company portal), the Waazn Telegram and WhatsApp bot, and this website. By using Waazn you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data, and business customers also agree to our data processing agreement.

1. What Waazn is

Waazn turns the messages your bank and card providers already send you into a live overview of your spending. Waazn is not a bank, does not hold or move money, does not block or freeze cards, and does not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

2. An overview, not your bank statement

Figures in Waazn come from your bank's messages. Banks change their message formats, messages can arrive late or not at all, and some leave out details. So Waazn may miss, misread or duplicate a transaction. Treat Waazn as a live overview. For exact balances, disputes, accounting and reconciliation, your bank statement stays the source.

3. Who can use Waazn

• You must be 18 or older.
• Only connect phones, messages and cards that you are allowed to use.
• If you sign in, keep your email account and devices secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Using Waazn fairly

Don't misuse Waazn: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no attempts to access other people's data, no overloading or attacking the service, and no using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. AI answers

Answers to your questions are written by an AI model from a summary of your own transactions. They can be wrong. Check anything important before you act on it.

6. Waazn Business

• Trial and plans: new business accounts start with a free trial. After it, the plan you choose is billed monthly through our payment provider (Polar) or by invoice. Prices are shown before you pay and exclude VAT where VAT applies.
• Cancelling: you can cancel at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period already paid, and we don't refund partial months unless the law requires it.
• Late payment: if an invoice stays unpaid, we may suspend the account after telling you.
• Card holders: you may only register company cards to employees who agree to link them. Each card holder connects their own phone with the code you send them and can leave at any time. Waazn only shares payments made with the registered company cards.
• Your data: you own your company's data. We process it on your behalf under our data processing agreement. You can export it at any time, and we delete it after the account closes as that agreement sets out.

7. Free features and changes

Some features are free during the beta. We may add, change or remove features, and we'll give notice before removing a paid feature you rely on.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Waazn accurate, secure and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will be error-free or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made on Waazn's figures alone, for indirect or consequential loss, or for problems caused by banks, mobile networks or third-party services. For business customers, our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees paid to us in those 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Ending

You can stop using Waazn and delete your data at any time (see the privacy policy). We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken, after telling you where we reasonably can.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we'll tell you in the app, by email or on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use Waazn after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction.
